Travis is the Founder of NTSQ Sports Group and is an innovator in the endurance sports world. He is on a mission to change the world and believes that his work can have a positive impact on participants, communities and their closest networks.
Travis has led some of the most renowned events in the industry, including the SeaWheeze Half Marathon in his former role as the Global Events Manager at lululemon athletica. He is an advocate for creating unique and interesting experiences and is the brains behind the leading website, InnerVoice, and events like The Dirty Phil Gravel Fondo and NTSQ Velo Luxury Cycling Retreats.
Travis has been featured in Fatherly, Inc. Magazine, Architectural Digest, Triathlete Magazine, and the San Francisco Chronicle. In addition to his business experience, Travis is also a world-class endurance athlete, having competed at the Ironman World Championships.
A native of Gold Coast, Australia, he now resides in Boston, Massachusetts with his wife and daughter.
Cody is the Managing Partner of NTSQ Sports Group and one of the elite content creators in the sports industry. He is on a mission to change the world and believes that storytelling remains the best vehicle to educate, challenge norms, and inspire change.
Cody is a top writer on Medium.com, has written an influential book about sports leadership, created a Top 100 podcast on iTunes, and provides editorial direction for the leading website, InnerVoice. A consistent theme in all of his work is the power of humanity and the positive impact that connection can have on people, regardless of their circumstances.
Cody has been featured in Ryerson Review of Journalism, Forbes, TSN Radio, Leaders In Sport, The Sport Psych Show, and Innovation Matrix.
In addition to his business experience, Cody is a former state-level Australian Rules footballer, representing Victoria at the U15, U16 and U18 age groups. He is currently the Head Coach of Canada’s men’s national team.
A native of Melbourne, Australia, he now resides in Toronto, Ontario with his wife.
